Noble M12 GTO

2019 has been a quiet year as far as my involvement in motor sport goes (if we don’t count watching all the Grand Prix and Qualifying Sessions). It’s the end of August and this is only my second event of the year.

The first event was back in May at Loton (blog post) and my Civic Type R is exactly the same, just with tyres that a bit more worn.  I’m now in the over two litre production car class with four-wheel-drive Porsches, Suburu WRXs, Audi TTs etc.

In May my best time was 64.46 seconds.  Today I chipped away at that and eventually got it down to 64.34 which was good enough for 7th in a class of 15.  This bodes quite well for next year when I should have some proper tyres fitted.

I’m back at Loton tomorrow, so let’s hope I can improve a little more.

Here are some paddock photos.
